Zlatan Ibrahimovic made his first Europa League appearance in 15 years during Manchester United's clash against Feyenoord on Thursday.
The Swede came off the bench midway through his side's trip to De Kuip in their group stage opener when the scoreline was 0-0.
It was the first time Ibrahimovic had appeared in the tournament since he turned out for Ajax back in November 2001 when the competition was known as the UEFA Cup.
Jose Mourinho's men were beaten 1-0 by Feyenoord following a late strike from Tonny Vilhena, though it appeared Nicolai Jorgensen was offside when setting up the midfielder.
Ibrahimovic was named amongst the substitutes as Mourinho fielded a strong XI against Feyenoord including Paul Pogba and Anthony Martial.
