India are through to the Under 19 World Cup final after a 97-run win over Sri Lanka, England's quarter-final conquerors, in the last four.
Anmolpreet Singh top-scored for India with 72 from 92 balls as they scored 267-9 from their 50 overs.
Singh put on 96 for the third wicket with Sarfaraz Khan (59 off 71 balls), but Sri Lanka did well to take six wickets in the final 10 overs and restrict India somewhat - Asitha Fernando taking 4-43.
Sri Lanka - who thumped England by six wickets, chasing down 185 in the quarter-finals - struggled with the imposing target, getting off to a dreadful start by losing two wickets inside the first four overs to slip to 13-2.
They never truly recovered, with only four batsmen notching double-figure scores, India's slow-left-arm spinner Mayank Dagar taking 3-21 as Sri Lanka fell to 170 all out inside 43 overs.
India last won the tournament in 2012, and will seek a record fourth title in the final against either Bangladesh or West Indies, who play in the other semi-final on Thursday.
