Last season's treble winners opened up their session to the supporters as they do once every year in the holiday season, ahead of the Copa clash against Espanyol on Wednesday

Lionel Messi, Neymar and Andres Iniesta all signed autographs as Barcelona trained in front of more than 10,000 fans in an open session at the Mini Estadi on Monday morning.

Luis Enrique's side started 2016 with a goalless draw at Espanyol in La Liga on Saturday, but are now preparing to face their city rivals in another derby in the Copa del Rey at Camp Nou on Wednesday.

Summer signings Arda Turan and Aleix Vidal are available for that match after Barca's transfer ban finally expired on Monday and both looked sharp as the Blaugrana were put through their paces in the traditional open session during the holiday season.

More than 10,000 fans packed the stands of the Mini Estadi, home of Barca B and adjacent to the Camp Nou, with some supporters reselling their tickets for as much as €50.
Only the injured Rafinha and Sergi Roberto missed out as Messi, Neymar and Luis Suarez underwent lighter training than their team-mates ahead of the next meeting with Espanyol.

Barca scored a record 180 goals in 2015, winning five trophies including La Liga, the Champions League and the Club World Cup.

The club's open training session was broadcast live by the club earlier on Monday.
