The Red Devils are keen to arrest their recent poor form in front of goal and have targeted moves for the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Gareth Bale
Manchester United are prepared to spend around £215 million to address their recent woes in front of goal, according to the Daily Star.
The Red Devils have scored just 24 goals in 20 Premier League matches this season, and as a consequence are keen to overhaul their attacking options in a bid to secure a top-four finish.
Lazio's Felipe Anderson is the likeliest player to join, with the Old Trafford hierarchy green-lighting a £170,000-per-week deal for the attacking midfielder.
Louis van Gaal's side are also targeting Southampton's Sadio Mane - who is expected to cost around £30m - while they are keen to fight off Arsenal to secure Borussia Dortmund's Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Real Madrid's Gareth Bale remains an option, though a move is not likely until the summer when a bid of around £100m will be lodged for the Wales international.
